Overview
Provides Automatic Call Distribution feature, which uniformly distributes calls among agents of a programmed ACD Group.

ACD Announcement Messages –
The ACD feature can provide Delay Announcements to callers in queue.
It can also play “Queue Depth” announcements, which advise the caller how many callsare are ahead of them in the queue.
These announcements use the VRS feature, which is built into the system software.
