Overview
Enables (1) additional PC client for:
- Real-time desktop display of ACD/Contact Center status
- Reporting of Contact Center status and activity
System must be equipped with ACD License (BE116752) and Contact Center Basic License Bundle (BE116765).
Maximum of (15) Additional Monitor Licenses can be added.
Client PC (for monitoring & running reports) requires SL2100 Contact Center 2.1 or higher software and UC Services 5.1 or higher software, available as a no-charge download from the NTAC Website.
