System must be equipped with ACD License (BE116752).

The SL2100 must have system software 1.04.05 or higher.

SL2100 Contact Center 2.1 or higher software and UC Services 5.1 or higher software must be installed on a dedicated PC or server, as well as on any client PC that will be

monitoring and running reports. These are available as no-charge downloads from the NTAC Website.
