If additional users need to run reports, one or more of the “Add-on Reporter License” (SL-Q24-DN000000127929) is required.
System-wide License
The PC running InControl must be running SL2100 Contact Center 2.1 software and SL2100 UC Services 5.1 software, although Contact Center licenses are not required. Both software items are no-charge downloads that are available from the NEC NTAC Website (www.necntac.com).
The SL2100 must be running system software 1.04.05 or higher.
InControl does not require the SL2100 SMDR License.
