SL2100 Small InMail SD Card / 15 hr

Provides automated attendant and voice mail functions.

Although the SL2100 CPU card provides (4) ports of built-in InMail/VRS, it only allows (2) hours of InMail storage and a single language. The 2-hour storage is used for incoming messages and any greetings.

Either of the two optional InMail/VRS SD cards replaces the built-in 2-hour storage and provides:

• 1G/approximately 15 storage hours or 4G/approximately 120 storage hours
• Additional (25) languages (the CPU only provides one language)

When an InMail SD Card is added to an existing system, all existing messages & greetings are transferred to the SD Card.

The SD card Installs in a dedicated connector on the CPU card.

Expandable from (4) ports to (16) ports with the addition of the Expansion Interface Card for Main Chassis (see below).

InMail provides:

(128) Subscriber Mailboxes (32) Group Mailboxes (32) Routing Mailboxes

AMIS Networking feature is not available.

• Find-Me/Follow-Me
• Park and Page
• Automatic Access to Voicemail by Caller ID
• Security Code (Password) Option
• Message Notification Queuing
• Hotel/Motel Check-In (Messages, Greeting, Name, & Security Code automatically deleted upon Check-In)

VRS –

VRS (Voice Response System) allows up to (100) system messages, which can be used as General Messages, a Preamble  for the receptionist, and ACD Delay Announcements.

Storage provided by the InMail SD Cards is also used for VRS system messages.

The maximum duration per VRS message is 4 minutes.
