Overview

Provides (16) VoIP channels.

Maximum (1) VoIP Daughter Board per system!

VoIP channels are used for IP phones, IP trunks, and IP networking.

The SL2100 is equipped with (8) ā€œbuilt-inā€ VoIP channels.

When the VoIP Daughter Board is installed, any built-in VoIP channels are disabled.

Additional VoIP channels can be added to the VoIP Daughter Board, in increments of (16), up to the system maximum of (128), by using one or more of the 16-Channel VoIP Licenses (See Details below).

Adding the VoIP Daughter Board is one method of increasing the quantity of VoIP channels in a system. If the system requires more than (16) VoIP channels, the VoIP Daughter Board must be installed. If it is anticipated that the system someday will require more than (16) VoIP channels, the VoIP Daughter Board should be installed.

The other method is by using the Built-in 8-Channel Expansion VoIP Resource License (see below). This method is ideal for any system that will not need more than (16) VoIP channels.

When the VoIP Daughter Board is installed, any built-in VoIP channels are disabled.

Note: If the Built-in 8-Channel Expansion VoIP Resource License (see below) is added to the system, and then the VoIP Daughter Board is added, all (16) built-in VoIP channels will be disabled.

Note: If an InUC Browser Softphone is connected, the system must be equipped with a VoIP Daughter Board.

Equipped with gigabit port (RJ45 8-conductor jack). Installs in dedicated connector on the CPU card.

Provided hardware: (4) metal standoffs (factory-attached to the daughter board) and (4) mounting screws
